Resolve It Together
The Agreement You Built, Heard, and Settled on Your Terms.
What if your “day in court” was never the point?
You hired a contractor, something went wrong, and now you are headed to small claims court, convinced the judge is going to see the dispute your way. But, what if the resolution you actually need is not something a judge can even order?
You have got a half-finished project or one that is not what you thought you agreed on. Things at are a stale-mate and you feel like your only option is to get a lawyer or go to small claims court.
Mediation creates a space for something different. A resolution that a court could not provide. An agreemnent both parties created together and can live with. Not a judgment. Not a winner and a loser. A real solution they built together.
That is what this offer makes possible.
How It Works
Step 1: Individual Day of Meetings (15 minutes each party)
On the day of your mediation, each party gets 15 minutes with me individually, before the joint session begins. This is where you are heard, one on one, before anyone is in the room together.
Immediately before the joint session. This is where you are heard, one on one, before anyone is in the room together.
Step 2: The Joint Session A structured session where both parties come to the table, guided toward common ground, and work through the dispute directly. Around the 90-minute mark, we check in together to assess whether we are on track toward a full resolution or need to narrow down what remains.
Step 3: The Agreement If resolution is reached, you leave with an agreement you built yourselves, not one handed down. A plan you can live with, because you are the one who came up with it.
Step 4: If More Time Is Needed This is not a negotiation that drags on for weeks. If the session ends without full resolution, a capped follow-up session is available as an add-on, priced separately from the base session. This exists so that both parties stay motivated to reach resolution the first time, not to make the process longer.
What This Is Not
Resolution is never guaranteed. Either party may exit the process at any time. This is mediation, not arbitration, no outcome is imposed on you.
